Returns and Exchange
Please note: Items purchased from a retail shop must be returned to their place of purchase for refunds, unless using our recycle service.
First make sure your items qualify for a return or exchange. If your item arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect please refer to the warranty claim.
If you are not satisfied with your Birds, or you’d like to try a another style, no problem. You may return the goods within 30 days of the original purchase date to recieve either a full refund or exchange for another style.
All you need to do is:
1. Print out and complete the returns form and send it to us along with your product.
2. The product must be returned unused in its original packaging.
We will email you within 48 hours of receiving your frames (please check your junk mail).
Returns are only valid if the sale was made through our website: www.birdsunglasses.com, within 30 days of purchase, and are still in their original unused condition. Products not returned in the original condition may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 15% of the total amount of the original purchase price. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages in the mail and recommend you use a tracked postal service.
Once we’ve received your package, it can take up to 30 days to process your return. If you have any questions regarding eligibility for a return, please contact us.
